×For over 30 years, Nufox Rubber has provided gaskets to the construction and transport industries. We are a specialised rubber gasket manufacturer that produces bespoke items for a wide range of applications. Our comprehensive range of rubber gaskets has been developed in response to the market's changing needs in the UK and abroad.
Our rubber gaskets are highly versatile and serve various purposes. Bubble gaskets are found in glass houses, while glazing and door gaskets are designed for rail and coach applications. Complex ladder gaskets and curtain wall systems are used on multi-storey buildings and large retail developments, and they are suitable for glass, acrylic, and Perspex applications.
Rubber seals designed for the construction industry are typically supplied in EPDM or silicone compounds. These can be fabricated in-house into various configurations, including complex ladder gaskets. Alternatively, we can supply them as moulded corners, T sections, and cruciforms for on-site fitting.
Our technical team is highly knowledgeable and always available to share their considerable expertise. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have about projects involving rubber window seals, now or in the future.
Our extensive range of gaskets and sealing solutions showcases our expertise in creating reliable, high-quality products for diverse industries. Our rubber gaskets include options are highly bespoke, meaning we can work to your specifications for solid or sponge rubber gaskets, or more complex materials like non-asbestos gaskets, polyurethane gaskets, and graphite gaskets.
We can create sealing solutions for structural and glazing needs, such as bubble gaskets, ladder gaskets, curtain wall sealing systems, glazing gaskets, and windscreen gaskets, which are ideal for the construction and automotive sectors. For critical and demanding applications like nuclear waste seals, pipe gasket seals, drainage gaskets, inflatable rubber seals, and composite hatch packing for marine applications to the smaller and more refined like we offer glove box seals, for classic cars, our level of quality is consistent.
Our capabilities extend to multi-purpose components like window and door seals, washers, and shims, manufactured with precision to meet specific industrial requirements. We also provide raw materials and components such as rubber sheeting, sponge sheeting, and rubber strips, offering flexibility for custom fabrication.
Talk to us about TICO® gaskets and mounts for superior vibration control and foam tapes for adhesive and insulation needs, or anything else you have in mind for a bespoke rubber gasket solution.
At Nufox, we offer an extensive range of rubber materials tailored to meet specific performance and environmental requirements.
At Nufox, we offer an extensive range of rubber materials tailored to meet specific performance and environmental requirements.
We opt for high-performance materials like neoprene, natural rubber, SBR, nitrile, butyl, and FKM/Viton to achieve unique properties such as resistance to oils, chemicals, or abrasion. For more specialised applications, we can work with materials like insertion rubber, shot blast rubber, and FDA sheeting, ensuring compliance with demands like food-grade standards.
We offer a variety of sponge rubbers, reticulated foam, and expanded polyethylene, which are ideal for cushioning, vibration damping, and thermal insulation. Among other options, we can work with expanded neoprene, expanded EPDM, and fire retardant neoprene for superior sealing in harsh environments.
From rubber-bonded cork to Plastazote, we understand the unique requirements across the automotive, engineering, and construction industries. Materials such as expanded graphite, compressed fibre, PTFE and other non-Asbestos solutions provide safe and reliable alternatives for demanding sealing tasks and are perfect for extreme temperature and pressure environments.
Our possibilities are wide-ranging. Whether you require Tico, Nebar, or bespoke designs in acrylic, Perspex, or plastic, our team can guide you to the perfect solution. With food-grade and flame-retardant options available, Nufox ensures your gaskets meet all regulatory and functional needs.
At Nufox, we are proud to provide tailored gasket solutions across a broad spectrum of industries. Our expertise ensures that we deliver materials and designs that meet the highest standards every time.
We work extensively in construction manufacturing gaskets for sealing and vibration control. Businesses in the transport and automotive sectors rely on our solutions for fuel systems, engines, and safety-critical components. We supply advanced gaskets capable of withstanding extreme environments in the aerospace and nuclear industries, where precision and durability are paramount.

We have a number of processing options, and our total in-house control of design, manufacturing and tooling ensures that we can maintain timelines and achieve your delivery expectations.
Yes, at Nufox we provide you with a product that is totally compatible to your design and functional requirements.
No, but many of our products require tooling development, processing machine set up and compound selection. So the costs involved in this process have to be allocated to the project. But if a small quantity is required for fit and function, this can be accommodated.
If the product is a new development requiring tooling, this can often be less than four weeks. However if the project is complex and requires a specially formulated compound, this can be longer. Once we have your enquiry, we are able to give you an indicative production time.
